Our 5-Step Process

Step 1: Your Yearlong Planning Session

This annual meeting can take place as early as June and no later than September with the client. Every attempt should be made to schedule this meeting immediately following the contract renewal and in advance of the start of the school year.

Planning for the Year

You’ll develop your Annual Planning Calendar with our Annual Planning Template

  • Set expectations for the year with event timing

  • Identify the overall event list including the audience, time of year, and any reporting guidelines (internal vs social sharing vs public board report)

  • Establish clear expectations for which client team member will be the point of contact for each event (if different from one event to the next)

  • If possible, schedule Event Planning Session meetings for each event for the year
